SALON: THE ART OF CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION
Time: 7:00–9:00 PM
Overview:
This evening salon introduces the foundational principles of the cohorts communication arc: embodied expression, polarity awareness, and presence as the bridge between inner truth and outer expression. Through interactive lecture, conversation, short demonstrations and experiential practices, participants explore how the same nervous-system regulation and authenticity that create magnetic presence in speaking also deepen connection in relationships.
Outcome:
Participants gain a shared framework for both the Conscious Speaking and Conscious Relating circles, creating the foundation for the term.
CONSCIOUS SPEAKING: 2 PART SERIES
Overview:
This two-part series (part of the Art of Conscious Communication track) refines how participants express ideas, stories, and leadership presence through the body and voice. Conscious Speaking integrates classical speaking skills with embodiment, tantric, and energetic awareness—teaching participants to lead, present, and inspire from authenticity rather than performance.
Session 1 (Nov 19): Magnetic Presence for Leadership
Learn to speak from the ground of your body, regulate under attention, and communicate with emotional resonance.
Session 2 (Dec 3): Clear Communication & Performance Under Pressure
Apply skills to have more impactful messaging through dynamic range, and concise or clear professional communication.
CONSCIOUS RELATING SERIES

Theme: Embodied Communication, Boundaries & Conscious Containers in Relationship
Overview: This two-part relational laboratory explores how we speak, listen, and connect whether in dating, romantic partnership, or the early stages of intimacy.
Session 1 (Nov 19): Communication Skills
In this session, participants explore the foundations of attuned communication—understanding boundaries, articulating desires and needs, and cultivating the art of skilled listening and repair.
Session 2 (Dec 3): Relationship Containers
Explore conscious structure in dating, partnership, and work with frameworks to design and navigate desire, boundaries and collaboration to create conscious Relationship Containers that provide clarity and freedom.
