This session is a pause at the threshold of 2026: a chance to orient to how you’re living, speaking, and relating before deciding what comes next.
What We’ll Do Together
We start with Completion and Creation—a practice of looking honestly at where you are now, so you can step into 2026 without carrying unfinished business forward. This sets the foundation.
Then we’ll explore what’s possible by reviewing how you’re using your voice, how visible you are, and how your relationships or communication patterns are shaping your experience.
We’ll do a bit of visioning to identify what you want to carry into 2026 and how you want to show up—in your speaking, your leadership, your social media presence, or your relationship structures.
Throughout, my role as your Communication Muse is to help you align with your truest desire for 2026 in your professional expression and intimate connections.
Here’s the secret part…
My motivation here is a little selfish. I’m craving more connection with my community. I want to know what you’re creating, what your heart desires, how you’re living this one life, and what will make it more meaningful. I also want to be of service and use my skills and knowledge fully. So, knowing more about you actually contributes to me, too.
In this session, we will touch on three essential areas:

We look at how you’re using your voice right now — in conversations, visibility, or leadership. Where it’s clear and resonant, and where it’s muted, over-functioning, or holding back. This is about aligning what you feel with what you say.
Embodiment and Self-Connection
An embodied sense of self is the foundation for clear communication, powerful choices, and a sustainable connection with others. We’ll explore practices to support deeper self-connection and clear fears, patterns, or stories that get in your way.
Relationship Structures and Communication
Let’s look at how you’re relating and communication in intimacy, and in community. We explore the kinds of containers that will help create more clarity and support the life and connection you want to create.
