What Is Embodiment Lab?
Embodiment Lab is an exploration of the magnetic heat that naturally sparks when one person consciously embodies the masculine and the other the feminine.
Through breathwork, movement and connection, we open our hearts and bodies to deeper intimacy and presence. The result? Falling more in love—with ourselves, with each other, and with the beauty of Life.
One man said it was like climbing a hill and looking out over his relationship, all the way back to the early days of love with his partner. He was lit up with love as he said it.

Couples and singles are welcome.
AN EMBODIED EXPERIENCE
We begin with a series of interactive games to deepen connection and open hearts. Then participants will explore the energetics of the masculine and feminine, deepening into their respective poles. The core of the experience is a partnered practice to explore the magnetism and spark that comes from polarity.
People in partnership will practice together. Singles will paired with other singles. We welcome people of all backgrounds and sexual orientations.
There will also be a Q&A to integrate the magic of the practice.
Masculine and feminine practices support the magic and mystery of embodied relating.

The first part will connection games and exercises with other attendees but nothing deeply intimate. The second part will be separated into Masculine and Feminine practitioners doing different types of embodiment work. And the third part will be somewhat deeper connection exercises in dyads and you two can partner. There will probably also be a Q&A about polarity.
The vibe will be slightly sacred (not religious) and hopefully emotionally opening. -
There will be no nudity. Also the event is not explicitly sexual although we hope you will experience at least a little more sensual connection and erotic energy than in every day life.

Great question. The safer our space together, the deeper we can go.
So it means several things. One is that once we start the workshop (at 4:30) and until we end (at around 8:00), there’s no late arrival or early departure. We’re all in this together.
For our partner practices, we will be exchanging the energy of love and desire. In that, each person gets to decide how much they want to bring, how deep they want to go.
And we will have an opportunity to share specific boundaries, and, once stated, these will be honored.
In addition, we have standing workshop rules that everyone must adhere to, including established couples: no touching of breasts, ass or genitals. No exchanging of bodily fluids (ie no licking or kissing). -
Importantly this is a workshop around cultivating your own energy and magnetism. You will fall in love — perhaps a few times over. It is NOT a pick-up spot or intended as a dating event. Any kind of ‘scamming’ is strictly forbidden.
That said, beautiful couples have met at Embodiment Lab, and so long as everything is mutual and above board, we’re all for it! -
We start with an exploration of own inner masculine and feminine (we all have both) using yogic movement, breath work and guided meditations. Then we consciously lean in to one or the other; fully inhabiting our divine inner masculine or feminine. The evening culminates when we come together in partner practice and watch the sparks fly.s
